    Default Differences in Vulkem sealants?

The caulk between the coping and pool deck is wearing away on my pool. I was thinking of using some backer rod and Vulkem 116 or Vulkem 45 sealant (no preference on brand, but those 2 seem to be the ones I'm finding). Does anyone know the difference between these 2? Is the 116 self levelling?

I was looking at buying these online...can't find them in a local store or something equivalent to these. Any other ones which might be available locally?

Vulkem 116 is Gun Grade (not self leveling)

Vulkem 45 ssl is Slope Grade (will self level in warm weather)

The other grade is Self Leveling

The Vulkem 45 ssl is made for pool decks.

These and similar caulks can be bought local at concrete construction suppliers.

    Hope This Helps
