Durning the summer my pool always seems to remain crystal clear. As sooon as water temp drops and it gets into early fall, I notice I have more algae problems. Does algae grow better in cooler water?
Or is it that a certian pool owner tends to ignore the pool mopre often when one cannot swim in it any more?
Cause: User Error.![]()
Warm water stimulates algae growth, colder water suppresses it. Once your water goes below 50 algae shouldn't grow at all.
You gotta maintain your water until you close.

Keith, I think this is another key benefit of an SWG. Less usage means lapses in maintenece which the SWG can make up for. Im not saying its in lieu of but it helps when you forget to do anything for 4-5 days, even up to a week.
