The only thing that comes to mind is that there was some lightning involved with the rain and the motherboard might have gotten fried
I have a GoldLine (AQL-PS-8), that all of a sudden is not responding to any key press either on the inside the house wired controller or at the main controller. The keys beep when pressed, however nothing happens. I cut the power to force a reboot, however that did not fix the issue. I looked through the manuals and I didn't see any type of keyboard lock that may have gotten activated. We did have a little bit of rain today in (So Cal) but the controller was closed and dry. Any thoughts?
Thank You
Steve
How I noticed the problem was the pool light was on, which was strange since nobody had turned it on that I was aware of. I went to turn it off and couldn't. After the reboot the light did go out.

Luv & Luk, Ted
Having done construction and service for 4 pool companies in 4 states starting in 1988, what I know about pools could fill a couple of books - what I don't know could fill libraries
What was the outcome? I have a similar problem
