Regarding your pool, don't panic, just take things one step at a time. Really, for the time being all you need is the PS200 and the CYA test.

Your pH and chlorine are OK for now; just keep adding bleach as needed. Best time to add is in the evening. If you keep testing for CC, you'll see it drop over the next week. If you just maintain 3 - 5 ppm with the OTO kit (PS200) it will still go down, but you won't see it happen.

I'd shock a couple more times (5 ppm doses), and vacuum and clean as necessary. Then, clean your filter, and add 3 - 5 lbs. of CYA.

Once you do, and have it dissolved (remember: run your filter 24/7 while dissolving CYA) retest and repost.
