Hi, I am a DIY I have an old cinder block pool and have to re plumb with pvc, anyone know how to run pvc pipe thru the cinder block and make it water tight, I have been told to use Hydrolic cement on the back then to use plaster in the front but is this correct? do you need to use epoxy as well? any help would be appreciated, thanks
