    Hey, Thanks for the response. I will try to take some pics and post this weekend. I might try that bag trick with the hydrolic cement.....I thought about doing that but thought it might be easier to use the poly caulk. I'll keep you posted.

    Sika makes expandable foam. Its just like The Great Stuff foam. Use it for the hollow inside of the block as a filler then pack around the pipe with Hydraulic Cement. Quickcrete has one from Lowes.
