I'm new to this forum, but I would appreciate some help...

I just opened the pool, and my son's dog absolutely tore up the top step of the liner.

It is a vinyl inground pool, the tear is probably 3 feet x 6 inches; he evidently got a hole started and grabbed it and peeled back most of the top step!

Is this something that can be repaired?
