Other people have made the same mistake. You don't need to change the water. It will clear up within a week. Just chlorinate as usual or you can raise the FC to shock levels to try and clear it faster, but obviously use the right kind of bleach. Usually, the symptom is foaminess, but depending on how it gets mixed in your pool it can lead to cloudiness as well.
