where to buy lateral for hayward sand filter

Hello,I need help finding a place that sell lateral for my sand filter,it takes the ball style.My filter is a s210t and on the lateral itself has a number 240D I purchased laterals from the pool center and they sent me screw in style twice.
I upset for this has cost me shipping and the time to send back, I call and they put me on hold never can speak to anyone.
So thought someone on here would know where I can locate this style of lateral
