Question How to figure gallons in pool?

Ok I need a refresher here, I need to make sure I am doing the math right here. To figure how many gallons in a pool isnt it....diameter x diameter x depth x 5.9 = gallons in pool? correct? So my 27' round pool would be ...27 x 27 x 4.5 x 5.9 = 19354.95. Got to add some stabilizer so I need to make sure I add the right amount...Thanks

That is correct, just make sure that if your pool is exactly 4.5' of wall height then you need to average it at 4' since you do not fill pool all the way up to top. Hope this helps
