i am building a inground pool here in spain and need advice in next steps, i have built walls with concrete blocks with re-bars inside vertical and horizontal i have also built the steps (but have been told that they need ripping out )so that the base can be laid with concrete then re-bars before gunite is sprayed then construct steps is this necersery ?.
