Cool What is best pump/filter for 300 gallon kiddie pool?

Hello, just purchase round 7X7X1 vinyl kiddie pool. Got the chemicals and the vacuum as well. I'd like to get a affordable pump/filter to help keep this pool healthy. I figure I will be having to drain and refill weekly if I get lucky. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much, Bev in Camarillo, CA

I assume you mean 7' diameter, 1' deep? That's only about 275 gallons -- there's not really any pump made for such a small pool. You probably would be better off just using spa chemicals and doses, and draining and refilling every 3 - 5 days.

Or, you could take the money you were planning to spend on the pump and filter, and buy a $350 Intex 15' pool, that comes with a little pump and filter.

Thanks Ben. Yes, it's a 7' round pool. Your advice is well taken. Makes sense. Thank you for taking the time with my post.
