Patio Pavers put a lot dirt in pool

I had cement patio pavers installed around my pool this week. I know I should have had the pavers done before the pool was opened but that's another story. Anyway now I have tons of cement dust in the pool and I can barely see the bottom.

I ran the pump until the fliter clogged, cleaned it and ran the pump some more. I'll probably need to clean again tonight. I added Muratic Acid last night to lower the PH (was 8.0+). Pool is still cloudy and there is still some dirt on bottom.

What do I need to do to lower the Ca in the pool? My readings this morning are:
PH 7.5
Alk 200
CA 300
CYA (didn't test - has been 40)
CL 0 (added a gollon of bleach)
TEMP 84

Its a 18 to 20K inground gunite pool with Diamond Brite type finish. Thanks.

Your calcium is ok, but your alkalinity is too high - You can lower your ph down to 7.2 and aerate your water by turning your jets up so the water bubbles on the surface of the water. This will bring down your alkalinty while raising your ph. You will have to keep bringing down the ph with acid so you can continue to lower the alkalinity. You want your alk to be between 80 - 120. You can do a search on the forum for lowering alkallinity and it will explain everything for you.
Your pool will clear with the filter running 24/7, and bringing your chlorine up to 15 ppms, as the chart shows with your cya about 40.
