Pump Brand question....

We have to replace our pool pump. A Hayward Matrix is $100 more than a Waterway Hi-Flo at a local store. Does anyone know if the Hayward is worth the extra money?

I can't offer an opinion on this but someone will be able to. I just want to caution you not to buy too big of a pump for your pool. We see that all the time --- too big of a pump for a pool paired with a too small filter. Not a good combination.
