Newbie tips for a small above ground pool

Hi,

I'm a total novice and I just set up a small (10' x 30") above ground pool. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good source of basic info on taking care of a pool of this size. At this point, I really only care about keeping it safe for my daughter and I'm a bit leery of all these solutions that seem designed for larger pools.

I guess what I'm really getting at is this: Do I do the same things and buy the same products for such a small pool? If the answer is "yes", I guess this question isn't needed.
