    It came in a factory sealed bag, packaged well in the shipping box with plenty of air packing. I can't imagine it was already broken. I'm wondering if it could be a pressure thing, as in too much pressure? I don't know how to check for that. Still searching ...

    I would think that if pressure were the problem, it would neverhave worked correctly in the first place. Have you tried calling Polaris and see what they suggest? I'll be interested to hear what the issue is....
