    Thanks for the heads up about the sleeves. My heads up for everyone else doing a automatic cover is ask ahead about details & cost of the pouring the concrete box and the stainless steel brackets & pans if you're not using their aluminum lid.

    I actually went with swimking for the patio after too many problems with southshore and save $5K
