Power outage now Timer wont turn on

We had the power go out for about 30 mins. Now my time on the pool filter will not turn on. The breaker is on and we have even turned off and back on. still nothing

Can you turn the filter on manually without the timer?

1. Buy some bleach, and begin chlorinating manually -- your pool will turn green otherwise, while you're figuring out what to do about the timer.
2. Ask someone (or hire someone) who knows how to use an electric meter to check and see where the failure is occurring. (You ought to try what Janet said, first, tho.)
