Default My vermiculite bottom has craters.

I have a new inground pool, and I am unhappy with the pool bottom. There are 2 craters on the bottom. One is about 3 inches in diameter, and the other is about 4 or 5 inches. Both are approximately a half inch deep.

I have read that all bottoms have many imperfections, and these craters are only visible when the pool light is on. Should I complain, and if so, is the pool company obligated to fix them?

Are you willing to drain and refill the pool? That's what it would take to fix it!
