Default Pump/Sand Filter Choices at Arthur's Pools

    Hi Folks,
I was previously thinking larger pump motor and matched filter, but thanks to The Pool Forum I've learned that smaller motor and larger filter seems to be the way to go.

Here are the choices offered: http://www.arthurspools.com/poolsupply/sandfilters.htm

I'm zeroing in on the 13x25 Legacy (9,750 Gallons). Any recommendations on which size/match to go with?

    Thanks very much!
    Chris

Minimum size I would go with is a 19" and the 1 HP would probably be a good size for the pump. But see if you can get it in a two speed.

Thanks mas985, the two speed is a good recommendation.
