Hayward spider gasket replacement

I've read about Hayward spider gasket replacement here. Is there a place where these gaskets are typically purchased? Does Hayward company sell these directly? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I get mine from my local Mom n' Pop pool store. Bought one today, as a matter of fact, cost was $15.50. They have 4 or 5 different sizes, though, so make sure you know the model number of your multiport when you go into the store.
