    Default Dolphin Service - If needed...

    After researching automatic pool cleaners I've zeroed in on the Dolphin Dynamic. Many of you on this forum have posted web sites where you have purchased the Dolphin.

    My question is what do you do if the unit needs service? Does the manufacture stipulate that you must purchase from an authorized dealer? Is your only warranty service option to pack it up and ship it to the manufacturer?

    Has anyone who has purchased on line had to deal with a warranty issue?

    I spoke to the U.S. Distributor before purchasing mine from an authorized dealer on EBAY, and found that when and if problems occur, the U.S. Distributor would be my contact for all issues under and out of warranty.
    There is only one distributor for the U.S., and I believe that is
    Smartpool.com out of Lakewood NJ.
