Hi, I have no idea why I'm just seeing this post now--sorry!!! There are metal test kits that you can get, but they are expensive--and you really only need the test once to test your fill water. So...that's something I'd ask the pool store to test for. Just smile and tell 'em you have all that stuff at home when they start trying to sell you a bunch of stuff
