Help cleaning up a pool, after algae

Still very cloudy, can't see through.

Used chlorine, levels are high but that's not what I'm worried about.
Ph seems very low and alkalinity is not even on the scale (very low).

How do I eliminate the cloudiness and fix those 2 levels.

Make sure you look at the pictures, they might be distorted seeing as they were photomerged.

1. Add 20 Mule Team borax, 2 boxes per 10K gallons, slowly to the skimmer with the pump on. Retest pH after 2 hours of circulation. Repeat every 4 hours till your pH is above the minimum level, then continue with 1 box per 10K gallons, till your pH has reached 7.4. Do NOT worry about alkalinity now.

3. Add 4 gallons of PLAIN 6% household bleach to your pool, per 10K gallons, and then BRUSH the pool completely, to make sure that the piles shown on the bottom in the first pic are dead.
