    Its not that they dont have the money. Just moved into home. Thanks anyways. We will find another way to get info from someone that does not assume what is in the budget.

    I think you are reading malice into this when there is none intended. We are willing to help if you and the neighbor can both be a part of the solution. We have been doing this for a long time and the track record shows that when help is sought from a third party (not the pool owner themselves) that there is not the total commitment to taking our advice. This is a really busy forum. We are actually swamped right now with posts and spending hours per day answering questions. It is not worth anybody's time if the person who has the pool doesn't totally 'buy-in' to what we suggest. So, it is not that we don't want to help. We are willing but also don't want to waste time answering posts that aren't actually going to be followed. If you can get the pool owner to sit with you and use your internet connection to post questions and read our advice, that would be best.

    So, hope that makes sense to you. If you would like to have your neighbor get involved with this, then we are here to help. Please let us know. Thanks!
