DE getting back into in ground pool. Hayward EC 65 filter

We were getting DE in pool so I took apart the filter and found 3 fingers where cloth had come lose from finger. Purchased and replaced them and now getting more DE in pool when running pump!!

Any thoughts

Any chance there were more torn ones than you found? Or that some got torn during reassembly?

I am retaking it all apart now, I don't see any other tears yet. I did look through the Hayward EC 65 manual on- line again and it looks like there is suppose to be 3 O- rings on the bump shaft, mine only has two O rings but I don't see a place where the third one would go. Any thoughts ??
A small bit of good news all of the fingers were coated at the top 3 inches or so when I took it apart.

Does anyone have Picts or video of plates and gasket together out of the filter ?
