Dolphin Dynamic working properly ??

Hi,
I just got a Dolphin Dynamic as a gift from my Boss.It cleans well. however it doesn't seem to get the whole pool ? I have a 25x40 kidney shaped pool with a 4 foot shallow and a sleep slope down to a 10 foot deep end, vinyl liner .i set the parameters for 40 ft, clinbing, round shape and a 2 hour cycle.I have seen other robots in action especially the Blue diamond remote my neighbor has , and every so often his machine stops, turns the drive mootrs in opposite directions and goes a dufferent path, mine seems to go in straight paths only, going one way up till the waterline, then stracight back to the other waterline , and its keeping mostly to the deep end .There is no main drain, so nothing is keeping it there besides itself.is this normal ???

You'll have to experiment. Try one thing at a time.
Try :
Setting it to a longer cycle--6-8 hours.
Pulling off one or two of the floats on the handle.
Programming it differently.
Making sure the bag is really, really clean.
Making sure you reverse the handle and the cord isn't all twisted
Making sure the filter is off while you run the Dolphin.
Brush the walls so they aren't slimey
Water temp is over 55, but less than 95.
