One of the equipment gurus will be by soon, I'm sure, to answer your questions....just wanted to say that a 1.5 hp motor will be way too big for this pool--if the water level is 4" deep, I estimate about 11000 gallons. I have a 1 HP pump on my roughly 26K gallon pool and it's plenty big enough...
