Low Pressure reading

I'm not sure what you're asking? If your filter pressure is steady, and dropped when you backwashed the filter, then I don't see a problem with it...

Except the pressure is/was significantly lower than it had been 20 minutes before. I ended up remembering a post from this forum a year or so ago which said to check the pump impeller which we did. That was the problem - cleared it out and pressure is now reading 20 again.
