Noticed it about 2 weeks after completion first time I turned on the light. It doesn't seem to be getting any worse. Yes, I have told them you can feel it, that it's not just a visual thing.
I'm guessing they either didn't smooth it correctly, or lost control of the acid wash.
Also have told them we are going to court; and we are definitely going.

Guess I picked the wrong pool co.
BTW, I am in So. Florida.

So, this doesn't look exactly normal?
