Just getting started...

Hello All,

We are just getting started with an AG. The two big questions we have are steel vs. resin trade-offs. The sales staff seem to discourage the resin pools. The other question is placement. The ideal spot on our property has underground utilities running from the big green box to our house. These would have to be moved. They are electric cable and phone about 36" down and feed our house only, Eastern, PA. I was wondering if anyone had any sense of the cost to have this done. I'm afraid it may be cost prohibitive.

Hi, and welcome to the forum!!

The forum is pretty slow today, I think most everybody must be out in the pool...but sit tight, and hopefully somebody will be by later today or tomorrow that can give you some input.

One quick comment -- you don't want to have a pool installed that uses technology or materials your local installers aren't familiar with, no matter how good the material is, when installed by experts.
