    Default Having trouble with the plastic drive gear on Baracuda MX8 wearing out

    I've had this cleaner for 8 months and so far I've replaced both directional engines and both drive shafts just because the two plastic gears between the drive shaft and directional engine are wearing out. I wouldn't mind replacing just these two gears every 6 months or so but I'm unable to locate the gears themselves and replacing the major assemblies is cost prohibitive.

    Have you tried taking up this issue with the company? Maybe they could either take it and fix it, replace it, or give your money back?
