Bleach time frame ?

What kills the strength of bleach?
Time
Heat
sunlight

I keep my bleach in the garage .. no sunlight but plenty of heat. I buy those 3-pack of 1.42G from Sams but by the time I am on the 3rd bottle the smell is not that strong.

Just curious what weakens bleach.

I would put them in the order
1) Sunlight
2) Heat
3) Time

I figure Sunlight is never OK, but Heat is OK if time is short enough and Time is OK if heat is low enough. Heat and Time together = weak.

Smell may not be a reliable indicator of the strength of the bleach. I have had some stuff that had no smell that really rocked the FC.
