Hot tub forum?

A friend will soon install an outdoor hot tub. I'm looking for a reliable and credible hot tub forum where I can find information about water sanitation and maintenance.

He mentioned wanting to get an ozone generator; I know next to nothing about them other than that they're not recommended for outdoor swimming pools. He asked my help in finding information that's not produced by manufacturers or sales people.

Do you have any suggestions where I can begin to look?
