If your SWG cell gets scale it will think it has low salt - most of these systems "measure" salt conc. by reading the cell current vs voltage (= resistance). How's your CH ? Does your system automatically reverse the cell polarity to clean the cell? You could need to manually cleanit
btw, I read in this forum just recently that the chemical reaction which produces the chlorine increases with temperature.

Chlorine output may rise, but I believe chlorine demand and consumption rises faster. It only takes 5-7% duty cycle to maintain FC in my pool in the winter, it takes about 40% to keeep up in the summer.
