I just bought a house with a 23 year old fiberglass insert pool. 15 x 28. It needs to be resurfaced as it has blisters and a lot of rust type spots in it. Some of the rust spots are dimpled and some are smooth. There are not any leaks in the pool. What are my options for resurfacing in Southern Ontario? I've looked at kellytech.com, but that's the only option I've found so far.
