    Default Garlic "Mosquito Barrier"

I saw in another thread that someone was thinking about trying this stuff. Any results?

Anyone else here ever used it? I have been thinking about trying it also!

We've had good luck with a Mosquito Plant in a pot on our patio. Results seem to vary, with some people reporting the plants make no difference at all.
We, on the other hand, spend quite a bit of time on the patio by pool and if I remember correctly, I had maybe three mosquito bites all of last summer. This in south Alabama. We picked ours up at Walmart last spring for a couple of bucks and it seems to work for us.

I was thinking of trying it but we're just starting to warm up here in the northeast so the mosquitos haven't arrived yet and I've got several projects going so it probably won't be for another month or so.
