Cool Cleaning inside of hoses for winter

Hi! I had great luck with your advice so have not been on the forum in the last few months. Too busy enjoying the pool.
I have a 3 yr old liner that is faded and has a few holes so will be getting a new one next spring. I have removed the pump and filter and she's plugged and covered and waiting for spring to drain it and replace liner. I cleaned all the skimmer parts and they came out good and soaked hoses in a bleach/water solution and noticed the inside of the hoses to my 2500gph pump which I installed new in mid summer of 2012 have algae in the grooves. Is there anyway to clean them as they are made much better than the old hoses I had with the 1000 gph pump and have the adapters for the newer 2500 gph attached. Really don't want to purchase new ones unless it's absolutely necessary.

    .
    Thanks.

When you put everything back together and shock it in the spring, that should take care of any algae in the hoses...
