Question New Liner installed, chem #s

Hi all, I had a new liner installed a week or so ago. I could use some advice on getting the chemistry right.
2 days of testing after installer initially treated water, here are my numbers.

    FC 9.0
    CC 0
    PH <7.0
    TA 70
    CYA 60

How much Borax should I add to raise Ph or should I just wait a while? How do the other numbers look? I know FC is high for now, what Level should I maintain? I should say that it probably be 4 to 6 weeks before pool is warm enough to swim around my area. It's good to be about to start another season. Hope everyone had a great winter!!!
    Thanks!

FC's not too high for a CYA of 60. Check out the "Best Guess" table. There's no answer to how much Borax to add. Try a quarter box at a time, and check pH after an hour or two after each add.
