We are having a problem with the light illuminating the pool, the fan is on, the light is on, the colors are changing at the light in the pool it is just not illuminating it. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

when you say "just not illuminating it" do you mean the light is dim and not enough to light the pool?
Are there connectors for the fiber optic cable? have you tried to open the connectors and clean the end?
