Can't Reset Pool Controller

My pool filter and cleaner did not automatically come on today. In the past whenever this happened, I would depress the Reset button and be able to regain control over all the pool functions. Today, all the functions lit up during the reset process and never went off. Consequently, I can't get the controller back in Auto mode or manually control it. Any suggestions?
