I too just put in a pool with Hydrazzo Midnight black finish. I am getting what appears to be a white/light blue flake accumulating in the pool bottom. I vacuum it up and it reappears a few days later. I too am noticing a blotchy color change and was looking for a link to Hydrazzo company so I could contact them. I guess it is time to call the installer.
