    Default Cloudy pool

What do y'all use for a cloudy pool? I have a 18x36 saltwater in ground pool. I don't have any staining....it's just cloudy...I can see the bottom, just not a clear as it should be

Can you post some current water testing results taken with a drops-based kit ----- no test strips. Also tell us what kind of kit, the volume of the pool and what all you have added, meaning ingredients and not just 'shock.' What type and size are the pump and filter?

Clouding can be due to several completely different causes, some of which say you can swim (too much calcium) and some which mean you cannot (algae bloom).
