Possible blocked line. What do I do?

I have a hot tub in my gunite pool.

When I go to switch the valve (Jandy NeverLube) near the pump to draw from the Hot Tub only ( I can set the valve to draw from the Pool Only or both the Hot Tub & the Pool) or the Hot Tub only, there is no water circulating through the filter so it appears that the line may be blocked. Any thoughts on how I can trouble shoot this?

Not without seeing the piping. You can send pics -- FULL size -- to [email protected]. But it's the week before memorial day, and we're behind, so it will be several days before I can post all the pictures.
