    Default Adding 12.5% Shock thru skimmer?

    Will this harm the pvc pipes and/or pool equipment?

    I have a Hayward pump, Systems 3 cartridge filter, Hayward heater and Polaris booster pump.

    It is fine to add it through the skimmer while the pump is running. I always add my bleach through the skimmer.
