    Default New user. Having trouble clearing up cloudy water

    Hi everybody. New user here. I've had my in-ground pool for 12 years now and this is the first time I haven't been able to clear up my water. I believe the main problem is I can't get a chlorine level. Something is eating up my chlorine as fast as I can put it in. My pool has 22,000 gal. I've shocked it twice. I've added 28 oz. of algaecide. Also added 4 gal of liquid chlorine. Ph and alkalinity is good. I opened the pool 10 days ago and I at a loss for why the water won't clear. Any Ideas?
