HI All,
I just had all of the plumbing redone on our in ground pool and I have a Hayward Superpump. The skimmer pot is clear of any air bubbles but the return is constant air bubbles. I have replaced the seal, gaskets and o-ring. Is it possible to over tighten the housing bolts and have the nuts pull out a little causing the housing to not seal properly? I am thinking the leak is where the housing is mounted but can't seem to find it. Has anyone had a problem like this and what is a good solution other than getting new pump? The pump is only two years old.
