@gabrieldaigle: Do you know how much you added at one time? Was your pump running at the time?

I never put more than a half cup of Dichlor and usually spread it throughout the pool. It has led to bleach spots in multiple areas of the pool. Also I always have the pump running whenever I put any chemicals in the pool.
