What is the best method to repair small slices [in ground] liner. It's easy to see where they are because there is a small amount or rust coming thru.The are all less than quarters length and more like a scratch;small.
Does the rust have to be taken care of behind the liner; can a patch be put over the areas. Do you use matching liner material and a special adhesive?Can the deeper [under water]ones be patched under water. Also our step in spa [acrylic] seems to have discolored under the water line to a faint yellow.Is there any way to lighten it back to white.What causes that Any help will be appreciated.
