I used to test pool water with the Taylor 2005 but when I ran out of reagents I got the Taylor k 2006 to replace it. Most the test work the same except the chlorine which now uses the powder. Before I switched my chlorine read about 3 and since I got the new kit my chlorine is like 6 and I have been trying to bring it down without any luck so far. Is the tester bad or is my chlorine just obscenely high?
